WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR TEEPEE TENTS?

Let Sapphire Event Rentals do all the work! We will deliver, set up and style. The next day we will pick up, professionally launder the linens and disinfect the remaining items.

HOW SOON SHOULD I REQUEST A BOOKING FOR MY EVENT?​

Due to the high demand for parties on Friday and Saturday nights we recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Once you have decided on a date for your perfect day, please complete our Booking Form so that we may discuss your ideas and confirm availability.         

    

A Non-Refundable 50% deposit secures your preferred date and theme and will be applied to your total cost of the party. We request that your final count of attendees be as accurate as possible, however the final numbers can be confirmed as late as 14 days before the event.

    

We understand that sometimes plans change, We are always happy to accommodate last minute bookings! Give us a call and we will do our best to get your event booked! 432-653-7587

HYGIENE - What measures are you taking to prevent Covid-19?

Our sheets, mattress pad covers, blankets and pillowcases are laundered after each use. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. Our tent covers will also be steamed before and after your party. All items will be left for 72 hours after they have been sanitized. We will be wearing a mask when we enter your home and will use a disinfectant spray on all items before we leave.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK FOR TEEPEE AND GLAMPING TENTS?

All payments are made online. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks PRIOR to your event. Failure to pay 2 weeks prior will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. You may add additional teepee tents if they are available but they cannot be subtracted after the initial booking.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Prices include any relevant sales tax and processing fees. We accept all major credit / debit cards, including Master card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payment is processed by Authorize.net a secure credit card payment processor. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Sapphire Event Rentals does not refund any cancellations, events must be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer you the next available date.

ONCE MY PARTY IS BOOKED, WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE OF ME?

We are a full service provider, which means that everything for your sleepover is included all the teepees, bed linen, lighting and decorative accessories. So once your booking is confirmed all we need from you is to clear the party room so it will be ready for our arrival on the day of your party. We create personalized name plaques for each Teepee, so if you would kindly provide guest names before the event that would be great. Other than that, all we ask is for you to bring a sense of fun and adventure. We aim to make it easy for you to focus on making the party a dream come true.

DO YOU STAY AND HOST THE EVENT?

We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up and looks beautiful just as you need it.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED?

There are multiple layouts the tents can be arranged to fit your space. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to contact us with your measurements and we will be happy to find the best fit!

The dimensions of each Teepee Tent are approximately 48 inches long x 3 ft wide x 4 ft high.

​   

The mattresses dimensions are 75 inches long x 3 ft wide x 1ft high.

   

We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. It is the client’s responsibility to leave enough space for a walkway and safe sleep.
 If you choose to have the tents face towards each other, an adequate amount of space is needed to walk in the middle of the room for guests to access their tents.

WILL YOU MOVE FURNITURE TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE TEEPEE TENTS?

Sorry, Sapphire Event Rentals does not rearrange or move furniture. Please make sure the area where the tents will be setup is cleaned and disinfected prior to our arrival. 

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD OF THE TEEPEE TENT PACKAGE?

One Night.  Is one night not enough? No problem, the fun doesn’t have to stop! Have guests in town for the weekend and nowhere for the kids to sleep? We’ve got you covered! Our standard package is for a one night rental. Each additional night is $35 per teepee/per night.

WHEN IS THE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIME?

You can list your preferred drop off and pick up time when completing the Booking Form.

   

A representative will discuss with you the available times we have to accommodate you based on your preferences. Typical pick-up time is 11:00AM

DO MY GUESTS NEED TO BRING A PILLOW? BLANKET?

Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on due to hygiene reasons. We will provide a throw blanket but if the weather is cold, we suggest providing additional blankets or sleeping bags.
 

WILL YOU NEED ACCESS TO POWER?

Yes, some of our tent lights require power. However most of our decor uses batteries.
 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SET UP? TAKE DOWN?

Please allow 1.5 – 2 hours for set-up and approximately 45 minutes for take down.
 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

YES! If you would like to purchase a gift cards please go to our Add-on page to add to your cart. 

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE TENTS?

No, as you do, we also love our pets but all animals & mascots should be kept away from teepees & tents due to some children having extreme allergic reactions and to avoid unnecessary cleaning fees.

    

As the party host, you need to be aware that you will be responsible for the replacement of any lost or damaged goods.

    

 

ARE THERE ANY TERMS & CONDITIONS I SHOULD BE AWARE OF UPFRONT?

There have been a couple of incidents with nail polish, glow stick leakages, slime, chocolate candy, colored drinks, and vomit which have damaged fur linens, and teepee fabrics etc. Trust us, the last thing you want is for your own furnishings to be ruined too! Messy crafting activities such as painting or pampering activities such as facials and nail polishing need to be undertaken well away from the tent area please. We appreciate your understanding.

 

WHAT ARE THE PENALTY CHARGES?

    

Any lightly damaged or stained property will result in a penalty charge of $50 plus $100 cleaning fee for each item. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.

WHAT AGE DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR KIDS SLEEPOVERS? ARE YOUR TEEPEES SUITABLE FOR ADULTS?

We embrace any age and cater to all life's celebrations. From experience, typically kids are ready for a sleepover at about 5 years old. We offer adult sleepovers as well!
